1. Who these terms are with

This website, amagachotech.pro, is operated by AMAGACHO TECH SOLUTIONS LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 17095809, whose registered office is at Flat 87 Byron Court, St. Johns Road, Harrow, England, HA1 2SE. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. What this site is

It is a description of a company and the services it offers. Nothing here is a contract, a quotation, an offer capable of acceptance, or professional advice on which you should act. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement — a scope, proposal or contract signed by both parties — and where that agreement conflicts with anything on this website, the agreement prevails.

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, and the company details published here are taken from our incorporation filing at Companies House. We do not warrant that everything is complete or free from error at every moment. Where anything here differs from the Companies House register, the register is authoritative.   • You may link to any page on this site, provided the link is not presented in a way that implies an endorsement, association or approval that does not exist.
  • You may not republish, sell, systematically copy or scrape the content, or present it as your own or as another organisation's.
  • The name “Amagacho Tech Solutions” and the mark used on this site may not be used without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

  • use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;

Responsible security research is welcome. If you find a vulnerability, please report it privately to support@amagachotech.pro and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own jurisdiction.
