One address, answered by a person

There is no contact form on this site, no chatbot and no mailing list. There is a single monitored address, it is read by the person who would do your work, and every enquiry gets a reply from a human within one working day — including the enquiries we have to turn down.

Routing

The same address, with a useful subject line

Everything arrives at support@amagachotech.pro. Starting the subject with one of these gets it read in the right frame of mind — it is a convenience, not a requirement, and nothing is discarded for lacking one.

01

New enquiry

A problem you would like looked at, a decision you are weighing, or a system you want built. This is the majority of what we receive, and it leads to a free thirty-minute call before anything is quoted.

  • Subject: Enquiry
  • Reply within one working day
  • Free scoping call, no obligation
02

Existing engagement

Anything to do with work already under way: a question on an increment, a change you would like scoped, or an escalation. It reaches the director directly.

  • Subject: Project and the project name
  • Support-agreement response times apply where one is in place
03

Data protection

Subject access requests, erasure requests, or any question about how we handle personal data. Handled under the UK GDPR within one calendar month, usually far sooner.

  • Subject: Data protection
  • See the privacy notice
  • Acknowledged within one working day
04

Invoices and administration

Purchase orders, supplier onboarding forms, remittance advice and anything your finance team needs from us. Company details for your records are set out below.

  • Subject: Accounts
  • Details for supplier records below
05

Something wrong with this site

A broken link, an inaccuracy against the public register, or anything that stores data in your browser — that last one would be a bug, and we would want to fix it.

  • Subject: Website
  • Corrections gratefully received

A first email

Five lines is plenty

You do not need a specification, a budget approved by a board, or a clear idea of the solution. A description of the problem in your own words is a better starting point than a requirements document written to guess at what a supplier wants to hear.

If the following four things are in the email, the first call is almost always enough to tell you what shape of engagement fits — and roughly what it would cost.

  • What is going wrong — in the words you would use to a colleague, not to a supplier
  • Who it affects — the team, your customers, or one person doing something manual every Friday
  • When it needs solving — a real date if there is one, and what happens if it slips
  • Any budget range — even a wide one. It changes what we would honestly recommend

Questions about contacting us

Practicalities

Why is there no contact form?

A form would mean either a third-party service processing your message or a script on this site handling submissions — both of which add data processing, and one of which usually adds tracking. Email does the same job, leaves you with a copy of what you sent, and lets you write as much or as little as you like.

Is there a phone number?

Not published, deliberately. A small practice cannot answer a switchboard and do the work at the same time, and a number that rings out is worse than no number. Ask for a call in your email and you will get one, at a time you choose — the first thirty minutes are free.

Can I visit the registered office?

The registered office is an address for statutory correspondence, not a reception. Meetings are held at your premises or by video call, and we will come to you where being in a room genuinely helps — a review workshop, a session with the people using the system, or a go-live.

What happens to my email after you reply?

It stays in the mailbox as a record of the conversation and is deleted when it no longer serves a purpose. It is never added to a marketing list, never shared with a third party for their own use, and never sold. The privacy notice sets out the legal basis, the retention period and your rights under the UK GDPR.

Do you reply to enquiries you cannot take on?

Yes, and usually within the same working day, because a fast “no” is more useful than a slow one. Where we can suggest a more suitable kind of supplier we will — with no arrangement, commission or expectation of anything in return.

Do you accept recruitment or marketing approaches?

No. Unsolicited sales, SEO, lead-generation and outsourcing approaches to this address are not read past the subject line and receive no reply. Sending one is not consent to receive anything from us either.

Next step

Describe the problem in your own words

Five lines are enough to start. You will get a reply from a person within one working day, and a straight answer about whether this is work we should be doing.
