We sell no licences and take no vendor commission. Our fee is the same whichever platform we recommend, including the recommendation to keep what you already run.
Information technology consultancy
Most organisations arrive with a decision rather than a specification: replace or repair, buy or build, one platform or three, move to the cloud or stay put. We start by looking at what you actually run today and talking to the people who use it every day — not the people who bought it. What comes back is a short written assessment with the options set out, what each would cost in money and disruption, the risks we can see, and a recommendation with the reasoning attached so you can disagree with it on the merits.
If the honest recommendation is that you do not need new software, that is the recommendation you get, and the engagement ends there with the report in your hands. We would rather lose a build than sell one that should not exist.
