A small practice, deliberately

Amagacho Tech Solutions Ltd was incorporated in England and Wales on 16 March 2026 and registered at Harrow, north-west London. It exists to do two things that the market normally sells apart — independent technology advice, and the software that follows from it — and to be small enough that the person giving the advice is the person answering for the result.

Why the practice is shaped this way

Advice and delivery fail apart, and they fail differently

A consultancy that never builds anything produces recommendations that survive contact with reality only by accident; nothing in its incentives punishes an elegant idea that is expensive to implement. A development shop that never advises builds precisely what it was asked for, including the parts that were a mistake, because questioning the brief is unpaid work.

Putting both under one registration fixes the incentive rather than the sentiment. If we recommend it, we may well have to build it — which is a strong argument against recommending anything we could not deliver. And because the advisory fee is charged separately and is the same whatever we conclude, “you do not need this” remains an answer we can afford to give.

That structure has a cost, and it is the reason the boundaries on the services page are published: a practice this size cannot do everything, and pretending otherwise would undo the point of it.

In short

  • Two SIC codes, one accountable practice
  • Advice priced separately from delivery
  • No vendor commission, rebate or resale margin
  • Everything scoped and priced in writing first
  • Client owns code, accounts and domains from day one
  • Stopping after any step is a supported outcome

Principles

Six rules we work to

These are operational rules rather than values statements — each one is something a client could hold us to, and each one costs us something when we follow it.

Rule 01

Write it down before doing it

Scope, price, exclusions and dates exist as a document both parties have read before work begins. Verbal agreements are how small projects become disputes, and the written version protects the client at least as much as it protects us.

Rule 02

Say when the answer is “do nothing”

A significant share of technology problems are process problems wearing a technical costume. When the honest recommendation is a change of process, a cheaper tool, or no change at all, that is what the report says — even though it ends the engagement.

Rule 03

Take no money from anyone but the client

No reseller agreements, no rebates, no referral fees, no margin on licences or hosting. If a recommendation would earn us something from a third party, the advice is worth exactly what that arrangement paid for it.

Rule 04

Leave the client able to leave

Code in your repository, accounts in your name, documentation written for a successor, and exit assistance if you go. Retention should come from the work being good, not from the cost of untangling yourself from us.

Rule 05

Report the failures too

Each increment comes with a short written note covering what landed, what did not, and what we got wrong. A project where nothing ever goes wrong is a project where someone has stopped mentioning it.

Rule 06

Build what the next developer can read

Mature, well-supported technology, conventional structure, and documentation aimed at whoever inherits it. Clever is a liability in software somebody else has to maintain for the next eight years.

Registered details

The company, on the public record

Direction

Who answers for the work

The company was incorporated with a single director, appointed at incorporation and recorded on the public register. In a practice this size that is not a formality: the director is the point of accountability for every engagement, and the person a client escalates to is the person who signed the scope.

01

Manish Joshi

Director, appointed on incorporation, 16 March 2026. Accountable for engagements, written scopes and delivery, and the point of escalation on any piece of work the practice takes on.

  • Role: Director
  • Appointed: 16 March 2026
  • Service address: the registered office
  • Recorded at Companies House
Sole director, not sole capacity. Where an engagement needs specialist skills the practice does not hold, we say so and either decline the work or bring in a named associate whose involvement is disclosed to you in writing beforehand. You are never handed to someone you were not told about.

Where we work

Harrow, London, and the rest of the United Kingdom

The registered office is in Harrow, in north-west London, which puts most of Greater London and the surrounding counties within an easy morning's travel. Beyond that we work with clients across the United Kingdom.

Remote by default, because it is faster and cheaper for both parties, and on site where being in a room genuinely changes the outcome: a first review workshop, a session with the people who use the system, a go-live, or a handover. Travel costs, where any arise, are agreed in advance rather than appearing on an invoice afterwards.

  • Harrow, Brent, Ealing and north-west London
  • Greater London and the M25 corridor
  • Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the Thames Valley
  • The rest of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, remotely
  • On site where a workshop, review or go-live needs it

Transparency

What this site does not claim

Amagacho Tech Solutions Ltd is a new company, and a website is an easy place to imply otherwise. So, in plain terms:

  • There are no client logos, case studies or testimonials anywhere on this site, because the company was incorporated on 16 March 2026 and we will not borrow credibility we have not earned.
  • No staff numbers, revenue figures or “projects delivered” counts appear, for the same reason.
  • The figures that do appear are commitments, not measurements. One working day to reply, thirty minutes of free scoping, zero lock-in, zero vendor commission — these are terms we agree to in writing at the start of an engagement, not statistics from work already done.
  • Nothing on this site is a certification claim. Where a piece of work requires formal accreditation we do not hold, we decline it and say why.

What we publish about people, and what we do not

The incorporation filing for a UK company contains more personal information than a company website has any business republishing. From it we publish only what is both filed and non-personal: the legal name, company number, incorporation date, company type, registered office, SIC codes, and the name and role of the director.

We deliberately do not publish dates of birth, nationality, country of residence, residential or service addresses of individuals beyond the registered office, or the shareholding and persons-with-significant-control particulars from the filing. Those details remain available at Companies House to anyone with a legitimate reason to look them up; they do not need to be indexed by search engines from here.

Verify any of it

Search the Companies House register for company number 17095809. If anything on this site contradicts the register, the register is correct and we would be grateful if you told us at support@amagachotech.pro.
