Privacy Notice

The short version

This website collects nothing about you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no contact form. The only personal data we hold is what you choose to send us by email, plus the standard access logs our hosting provider keeps in order to serve and secure the site.

Who we are

AMAGACHO TECH SOLUTIONS LTD (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We are a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 17095809, with its registered office at Flat 87 Byron Court, St. Johns Road, Harrow, England, HA1 2SE.

What we collect, and why

1. Email correspondence

If you write to us we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message. We use it to answer you and to carry out any engagement that follows. We do not add it to a marketing list, and we do not use it for anything you did not write to us about.

• Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry addressed to us) and, once we are working together, performance of a contract.
• Retention: enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Correspondence relating to an engagement is kept for 7 years after it ends, to meet accounting and limitation-period obligations.

2. Server access logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical information for each request: IP address, timestamp, the file requested, the HTTP status, referrer and user-agent string. These logs exist to serve the site, diagnose faults and defend against abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you, are not linked to any other information, and are not used for marketing.

• Lawful basis: legitimate interests (operating and securing the website).
• Retention: as configured by the hosting provider, typically no more than 30 days.

3. Client project data

During an engagement we may be given access to systems containing personal data belonging to a client's own customers, staff or suppliers. In that situation the client is the controller and we act as a processor on their documented instructions, under a written agreement covering confidentiality, security, sub-processors, breach notification, and deletion or return of the data at the end of the engagement. This website notice does not govern that relationship — the engagement agreement does.

What we do not do

• No cookies, local storage or device fingerprinting of any kind on this site.
• No analytics, heatmaps, session recording or advertising pixels.
• No sale, rental or sharing of personal data for anyone else's marketing.
• No automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
• No mailing list, newsletter or unsolicited follow-up sequence.

Who else sees your data

Only the small number of service providers needed to run a business, each acting under contract and only on our instructions:

• Our email provider, which hosts the mailbox your message arrives in.
• Our hosting provider, which serves this website and keeps the access logs described above.
• Our accountant, where correspondence forms part of the accounting records.
• Google Fonts — not a recipient of data we send, but see the section below.

We will also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, that transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the standard contractual clauses.

Google Fonts

Pages on this site load typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Making that request discloses your IP address and browser to Google. No cookie is set by the request, and we receive nothing back from it. If you would rather it did not happen, block those two domains — the site falls back to your system fonts and stays fully readable. See the cookie notice for more.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

• be told what personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy of it;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have data erased where we no longer have a good reason to keep it;
• restrict how we use it while a dispute is resolved;
• receive data you provided in a portable, machine-readable form;
• object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests; and
• withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis we rely on.

Write to support@amagachotech.pro and we will respond within one calendar month. There is no charge, and we will not ask for identification beyond what is necessary to be sure we are answering the right person.

Security

Mailboxes and administrative accounts are protected with strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication. The site is served over HTTPS. Client credentials and secrets are held in a password manager, never in plain text, and access to any client system is removed as soon as an engagement ends. Where a personal data breach is likely to result in a risk to people's rights, we notify the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours and tell affected individuals without undue delay.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. You also have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk, by telephone on 0303 123 1113, or by post to Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that would materially affect how we handle data already given to us will be explained here before it takes effect, not quietly inserted afterwards.
