Cookie Notice
Last updated: 1 September 2026The short version
amagachotech.pro sets no cookies. No analytics, no advertising pixel, no local storage, no session storage, no consent banner, and nothing at all written to your browser by us. That is why nothing asked you to accept anything when you arrived.
Why there is no banner
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), consent is required before storing information on, or reading information from, a visitor's device — except where doing so is strictly necessary to provide a service the visitor has asked for. We store nothing whatsoever, so there is nothing to consent to. A banner asking permission for cookies that do not exist would be theatre, and it would train you to click “accept” without reading.
The one third-party request
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and
fonts.gstatic.com). Used this way, Google Fonts sets no cookies — but making
the request does disclose your IP address and browser to Google, which is processing you
may prefer to avoid.
You can block both domains with a browser extension, a network-level blocker or your hosts file. The site is built to survive it: every page falls back to your system serif, sans-serif and monospace faces and remains completely readable and navigable. Nothing else here comes from a third party — no scripts, no images, no embeds, no video, no fonts beyond those two hosts.
What the site does load
styles.cssandscript.js, served from this domain.- Two SVG files,
assets/favicon.svgandassets/og-cover.svg, served from this domain. - Font files from the two Google domains named above.
script.js handles the mobile menu, the sticky header rule, the fade-in on
scroll and the year in the footer. It stores nothing, sends nothing anywhere, and the
whole site works with it blocked.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested file, user-agent — in order to serve and secure the site. These are not cookies, are not read from your device, and are not used to profile visitors or for marketing. The privacy notice explains how that information is handled and for how long.
What would change this
If we ever add something that does set a cookie — a booking tool, an embedded video, an analytics package — we will list it here first, by name and purpose, and ask for consent before it loads. We will not quietly add tracking and update the small print afterwards.
Client projects are a separate matter
This notice covers this website only. Applications we build for clients often do need cookies, and we configure them with a consent mechanism appropriate to that client's obligations under PECR and the UK GDPR. That configuration belongs to the client and is documented in their own cookie notice, not this one.
